Listening: The Fourth String, presented at the Ismaili Center Houston in 2025–2026, is a multimedia performance and installation created in collaboration with Reza Filsoofi. Centered around the ShahTár, an experimental instrument inspired by the Iranian setār and woven traditions of the Middle East, the work explores listening, migration, spirituality, and collective resonance through sound, performance, sculpture, and participation.
